Doing Business 2007: How to Reform is the fourth in a series of World Bank annual reports investigating the regulations that enhance business activity and those that constrain it. Singapore has overcome New Zealand for the easiest country to create, run and expand a business, while the USA kept their 3rd post. The easiest country to do business in Europe is the United Kingdom, which came in 6th.
